In 2017, Daniel Fefferman retired his corporate pilot wings to spend more time with his growing family and pursue his other passion — real estate. During his first year alone, he closed over $18 million in residential and commercial real estate — eight times the industry average — in part because he’d already had years of experience managing and remodeling his own real estate investments. But for all his expertise, it’s Daniel’s honesty, integrity, and drive to create memorable experiences that keep his clients coming back. 

As he helps his clients buy, sell, or invest, Daniel creates a stress-free, professional environment. In addition to offering clients an extensive network of talented professionals that can address any need, the San Diego native’s hyperlocal market knowledge provides him with a wealth of insight. Whether it be for commercial or residential, he approaches each transaction with the focus and determination that earned him a commercial pilot’s license in just 13 months, one-quarter of the average time, and he provides white-glove service throughout. The unsurpassed attention to detail, stellar communication skills, and ability to solve problems quickly and creatively that he learned at 39,000 feet are now at his clients’ disposal. 

When not helping clients, Daniel loves spending time with his wife Sara, a fellow real estate professional; their two young children, Raegan and Oliver; and the family dog, Cooper. Together, they enjoy all the outdoor activities San Diego has to offer, from camping adventures and beach days to snowboarding fun. Also a big fan of motor sports, Daniel likes to go off-roading and can often be found racing Porsches — his ultimate thrill-hobby.
